For our in-house engineering team, we are looking for a:

Project Portfolio Manager / Account Manager

As a Project Portfolio Manager / Account Manager you will oversee all of AgriCircle’s project initiatives and client proposals and key contact to coordinate external stakeholders. Together with the management team you will coordinate resources and be responsible that all projects follow internal guidelines.

Your responsibility:

  • Work on project proposals with clients and manage the project funnel
  • Implementing project management’s best practices in order to improve efficiency in project execution and project reporting
  • Create a collaborative partnership among project stakeholders and enables resource demand planning, change management, and project pipeline planning decisions
  • Facilitate the governance and project status review meetings; identify and quantify variances, complete any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting and re-forecasting for projects and programs within the portfolio
  • Provide transparency to portfolio investments, manages the financials, and works with team and relevant stakeholders to review forecasting against budgets
  • Oversee assigned staff (on a direct and indirect basis) on multiple related projects and ongoing operations directed towards a common objective and affecting three or more businesses or functional areas
  • Write project stories that can be shared in blog posts
  • Ensure project compliance requirements for public funding (e.g. H2020) is managed appropriately

You offer:

  • Passion for sustainability and environmental topics
  • Minimum of five years of project/portfolio management experience
  • Proof of success in project acquisition and public/private fundraising
  • University degree in relevant field
  • Strong writing and project marketing skills
  • Experience in facilitation in governance, project reviews, steering, and other project-related meetings
  • Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service
  • Proficiency in English and German
